And on our next trip, we’ll be making room in our carts for a brand-new arrival that’s taken us all completely by surprise.

Costco Releases New Variety Dessert Bars in the U.S.

Costco just dropped a bakery item that many fans have “never seen before.” It’s got the same spirit we love about the warehouse’s variety packs—cookies, muffins, and other fan-favorite staples—but this time, it’s a lineup of four decadent dessert bars, and each flavor looks better than the last.

“I just got these and they are all amazing,” one shopper raved. “Best Costco dessert so far!”

Interestingly, this isn’t a brand-new concept for Costco worldwide. Several fans mentioned that the dessert tray has been available in Canada for years—but this is the first time U.S. shoppers are getting a taste.

• Wildberry Macaroon Bars: Dense, chewy coconut bars spread with fruity berry jam and topped with toasted coconut.

According to early reviews, there isn’t a bad pick in the bunch. Some shoppers are loving the cookie-brownie mash-up, while others say the berry-coconut bars are “amazing.” And then there are some who say they’d happily take an entire tray of just the pecan brownies.
