In celebration of National Cheesecake Day on July 30, 2025, the Cheesecake Factory is introducing its Peach Perfect with Raspberry Drizzle. It’s a fruit-forward slice that takes advantage of some of the season’s best produce.
You’ll find a base of creamy peach cheesecake with swirls of sweet peaches. The vanilla crust adds some welcome textural contrast, and each slice is finished with a generous drizzle of raspberry sauce.
