Scarlett Johansson Pairs an Itty Bitty Skirt With Millennial Hair

Scarlett Johansson just made a stylish appearance at the Jurassic World Rebirth photocall at The Corinthia Hotel. The actress, who stars in the film as Zora, was joined on the rooftop of the hotel by her co-stars Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, and Rupert Friend, along with the film’s director Gareth Edwards. Johnasson opted for a chic, fashion-forward look—paired with a somewhat polarizing millennial hairdo.

Styled by Kate Young, the actress wore a chic Schiaparelli skirt suit with statement gold buttons, a round collar, and an ultra short hemline. She paired the practically pantsless look with the Le Cercle Floating Illusion Diamond Drop Earrings by Nadine Aysoy Jewellery, a few delicate rings, and a pair of black heels. She rocked a fresh makeup look complete with a deep red lip, courtesy of Hung Vanngo, along with a classic French manicure. As for her hair, stylist Renato Campora went for large, loose curls styled in a deep millennial side part.

This isn’t the first time that Johansson has played with a pantsless look in recent months—who can forget her bold sheer skirt at the SNL finale last month? She has also been experimenting with new hair styles, too. Earlier this month, Johansson was spotted filming a new project with a curly blonde bob.

Speaking to InStyle earlier this year, Johansson opened up about her complicated relationship with fame. “The thing about being a public figure is that the idea of being recognizable and celebrated feels fun, but then you can never stuff it back in the bottle,” she reflected. “The reality of it is, there’s a massive loss to that, you know? So I think preserving that for as long as possible until it’s someone’s choice, that’s the choice I make as far as my kids go.”

Johansson has two children—she shares her daughter Rose, 10, with ex-husband Romain Dauriac, and her son Cosmo, 3, with husband, Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost.
