Powerade Is Releasing Its Wendy’s Exclusive Flavor To Stores Nationwide

With hot summer days finally upon us, staying hydrated is top of mind. Luckily, new beverages are popping up each week, making it easy to meet your hydration goals without sacrificing flavor. Last month, Starbucks released a new Refresher-turned-Frappuccino drink, while Dunkin’ recently added a Pink Spritz featuring tropical fruits like guava and passionfruit. 

Powerade also entered the summer beverage competition last month with three exclusive flavors at Wendy’s. And now those flavors are coming to stores nationwide.

Powerade Xtra Sour Flavors Now Available in Stores

Powderade Xtra Sour flavors are now available in 28-ounce bottles at select retailers nationwide. The sour lineup comes in three bold and tangy flavors: Powerade Xtra Sour Cherry Kicker, Powerade Xtra Sour Grape Shocker, and Powerade Xtra Sour Peach Pucker.

The sports drinks feature a newly revised formula, which contains 50 percent more electrolytes than the original. For those looking for a sugar-free alternative, you’ll still be able to enjoy the zero-sugar version exclusively at Wendy’s. 

The three flavors are fruity and vibrant, making them perfect for hot summer days. Cherry Kicker features a bold cherry flavor with a tart punch that evolves into a sweet finish. Grape Shocker offers a nostalgic grape taste with a sour twist. Meanwhile, Peach Pucker contains a burst of juicy peach flavor with notes of mouth-puckering sourness.
