Sam’s Club is a lot like Costco, offering its members exclusive deals on everyday items, pre-made meals, and groceries. However, their similarities can often drive some serious competition, and Sam’s Club has been known to go after its warehouse chain competitor a time or two.

We saw it when Sam’s Club added new Grab & Go products to its lineup that mimicked what Costco offers. And the warehouse chain recently rolled out whole pizzas to-go, which reminds us of that Costco food court hack—only with curbside pickup as an option.

Now, it seems Sam’s Club is coming after Costco again with a new change to its beloved rotisserie chicken.  

Sam’s Club Rotisserie Chicken Now Available for Same-Day Delivery

Sam’s Club just made a bold move with its popular Member’s Mark Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken. It’s now available for same-day express delivery in select areas. Similar to Costco’s same-day delivery with Instacart, you can now order a rotisserie chicken from Sam’s Club online, and it will be at your doorstep in 3 hours or less.

According to the Sam’s Club website, this fan-favorite item is made with chicken raised without antibiotics, and it’s prepared fresh daily—marinated and seasoned perfectly so that it’s always juicy and flavorful.

As for packaging, Sam’s Club has an advantage in the rotisserie chicken competition. Unlike Costco, there’s no steamy, slimy takeaway bag. Instead, you can expect a reusable, clamshell-style container that’s also recyclable.

What we love about the Member’s Mark Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken is its versatility. Enjoy it with other ready-to-serve Member’s Mark favorites or make your own, like grilled sweet potato wedges or garlic corn on the cob. We also enjoy using it to make a cold chicken salad the next day.
